Our hospital is looking for a Chief Nursing Officer to oversee the quality and efficiency of our patient care.

• This is an administrative and strategic planning role that involves maintaining standards of care, monitoring nursing staff improvements, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You also review department manager reports, communicate issues with hospital leadership, and help with budgeting.

• Prior experience in healthcare administration or a strategic planning role is highly preferred.
