Job Description (total positions: 3, posted on: Jan 28, 2021)

  • Coordinate the daily operations of the IPD units.
  • Overseeing day to day Administrative activities of IPD Department.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction through daily rounds and make sure that their stay is comfortable in the Hospital.
  • Report, document & resolve the Patients’ complaints through active coordination with relevant Stakeholders
  • Continuous follow up on complaints/ queries of patients until their resolution.
  • Prepare duty rosters and manage the availability of Staff on all IPD front desks
  • Compile data and follow up on the implementation of departmental KPIs.
  • Bridge the gaps and connect patients to hospital services.
  • Prepare reports and presentations of various projects and tasks.
  • Plan and organize the IPD staff development programs.
  • Schedule, organize and manage the workload of Unit Receptionists
  • Make recommendations regarding equipment and work methods to improve efficiency of units.
